HINDSIGHT
You only get hindsight once it’s too late.
HYNDSIIGHT
Some decisions deserve a second look.
A second look at the choices you can't undo.
Hyndsiight helps you think before the choice, remembers what you expected, and learns from what happens next.
Decide
Bring it what you're considering. It asks only what changes the answer.
You already know more than you think.
You can’t see around your own corner.
Example decision. Pick a part of life.
The example decision is: “I got offered a new job with more money, but something feels wrong.”
- Known
- +$28K; Longer commute; Better title.
- Assumption
- More money = better.
- Tension
- Something feels wrong.
Hyndsiight asks: “If the pay were identical, which job would you choose?” The question is yours to answer. Hyndsiight never picks for you.
The loop
One decision gives you perspective.
A history of decisions gives you Hyndsiight.
Too late is a terrible time to get clarity.
Before you find out the hard way. See it before you say “I knew it.” The red flag looks different from tomorrow.
- Choice
- Action
- Outcome
- Reflectiion
- Atlas
You expected: an easier year. What happened: a harder first three months.
Where your prediction and what really happened split apart is where you learn something.
It remembers
Every decision makes the next one clearer.
- First decision: you expected easier. It was harder.
- Second decision: the same surprise.
- Third decision: Hyndsiight notices, and asks about it before you choose.
Built only from what you wrote and what happened. You can always see why, and say no.
Reflectiion
Your decisions leave a trail. Hyndsiight turns it into a map.
Tomorrow called. You missed something.
Your future self has notes. Make hindsight useful before it’s hindsight.
A shape grows only when real outcomes back it up. Example shown.
- Pay leads your first read: Backed by outcomes you recorded on past money decisions.
- Travel time gets underweighted: Outcomes came in harder than expected when a commute was involved.
- Team fit: Only one outcome so far, so it stays small until more evidence arrives.
What backs it
- Three money decisions where the higher-pay choice held up at follow-up.
- The outcomes you recorded came in at or above what you expected.
What cuts against it
- Once, the lower-pay choice with more free time scored higher at follow-up.
Every line traces back to a decision you wrote. Example shown.
Four experiences
One history, four ways to use it.
- Decide
- Write up a choice and get a reading that sorts what you know from what you're guessing.
- Perspectiive
- Invite people you trust to answer from their own side, then read the round-up.
- Reflectiion
- Record what happened and watch your trail turn into a map.
- Talk
- Ask your history a question and get an answer that names its sources.
Perspectiive
The people you trust answer on their own.
You don’t need another opinion. You need another angle.
Borrow tomorrow’s perspective.
- A friend: “Take it, you've outgrown the role.”
- Your partner: “The commute will eat your evenings.”
- A former manager: “Ask what happened to the last person in that job.”
Shared ground
Everyone thinks you're ready for more.
Different views
Whether the money is worth the time.
Blind spot
Nobody has asked about the new team yet. Hyndsiight's read, not a guest's words.
Disagreement stays on the page. Nobody gets outvoted.
Show me why
If Hyndsiight notices something, you can ask why.
Every personal read shows the evidence behind it. Disagree, add context or set a piece aside, and it changes when the evidence does.
Proof
This is the product, not a promise.
What this read rests on
Two outcomes where the money decided it for you One assumption you flagged yourself Every line traces back to a decision you wrote.
The money is doing most of the talking. The part you keep circling is the team you would leave.
One assumption is carrying more weight than it should: that the new team will feel like the old one.
Example wording, from the job offer above. No invented numbers, no invented customers, no invented results.

Questions
Questions
Wait, is Hyndsiight telling me what to do?
No. Hyndsiight is not professional advice and never gives legal, medical, financial or therapeutic guidance. It reviews how well-formed your own thinking is and hands the decision back to you.
A high Readiness score means I'm right, right?
Not exactly. It tells you how ready the decision is to be made. A high reading means the thinking holds up, not that the outcome is guaranteed. There are no predictions and no probabilities.
Are there ads hiding somewhere?
No. There are no ads on any tier, including Free.
How do follow-ups actually reach me?
Follow-up reminders reach you in the app, on your dashboard when a decision comes due, and by email. You choose which channels you want in your account settings. We never text you.
What if I misremember the whole thing?
Partly, and we say so. A retrospective works from the story you tell today, and memory quietly edits what you knew at the time, so Hyndsiight asks what you knew then separately from what you know now, marks the reading as based on a recollection, and won’t claim your past self should have seen something that only became visible later.
The choice stays yours.
Not professional advice
Hyndsiight is a reflection and decision-review tool. It is not legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice. Readings are prompts for your own thinking, not recommendations or predictions. Readings are generated by AI.
