Contact details. The email address or phone number you sign up with, so we can sign you in and reach you.

Your decision entries. What you write about a decision, the readings produced from it, and any outcome you record afterwards.

Account and billing. Your plan, credit balance, and subscription state. Card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.

To produce your Readiness readings, keep your history, show you patterns across your own past decisions, send the messages you've asked for, and operate and secure the service.

We do not sell your data. There are no advertisements in Hyndsiight, and no ad-targeting trackers.

Decisions are personal, and some entries may touch on health, money, or relationships. Write only what you're comfortable storing. Remember that Hyndsiight is not professional advice and is not a substitute for a clinician, lawyer or financial adviser.

Service messages go to the channel you signed up with — email or text. Optional reminders can be switched off in your account settings, and you can reply STOP to text messages. We will still send essential security and account notices.

Your entries stay until you delete them or close your account. When you close your account we delete your entries and contact details, other than records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the address listed in your account settings and we will respond within a reasonable time.
