Hyndsiight is not professional advice. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic guidance, and its output should never replace a qualified professional. Nothing Hyndsiight produces is a professional opinion, a recommendation, a diagnosis, or a prediction. If your decision involves law, health, money, safety, or your relationships in a serious way, speak to a qualified professional.

A Readiness reading describes how well-formed your own reasoning appears to be. It does not tell you whether a decision is good, and it does not estimate the chance of any outcome. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and for their consequences.

You may create an account with an email address that you control. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Hyndsiight. Please keep the information on your account accurate and up to date.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

We send service messages. Sign-in links, follow-up reminders, and account notices. To the email address on your account. We do not send text messages. You can turn optional messages off in your account settings; essential account and security notices will still be sent.

The Free plan includes 3 AI-reviewed decisions per calendar month. Premium starts with a free 7-day trial; if you do not continue, the account returns to Free. There are no advertisements on any plan.

Annual Premium is billed at ten months' price for twelve months of access, and annual Premium+ at eleven months' price for twelve. Decision Packs are one-time purchases of credits that do not expire.

If you hold unused Decision Pack credits and then start an annual subscription, your credits are consumed first. Your annual term does not begin, and is not billed, until your credits are exhausted and you make your next request without them. That request begins your subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the paid term. We do not operate a money-back guarantee of our own; payment, billing and any refund are handled by our payment provider, as set out on our Payments and Cancellations page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown before you check out and may change for future terms with notice.

Do not use Hyndsiight to break the law, commit fraud, send spam, infringe anyone's intellectual property, interfere with the service's security (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing plan limits), harm others, evade professional oversight where it is legally required, or submit other people's confidential information without their permission. Do not resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the service.

Hyndsiight uses generative AI to produce Readiness readings, look-back reviews and pattern summaries. Its output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for what you submit, for checking anything you rely on, and for how you use the output. It must not be used in place of regulated professional advice or professional oversight.

You must have the right to submit whatever you put into the service, and you must not use it to generate unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing content, or to attempt to bypass its safety limits. We may filter or refuse output, remove content, and restrict or suspend accounts to enforce this. If you believe content in the service infringes your rights, write to support@hyndsiight.com and we will review it and act, including terminating repeat infringers.

What you write about your decisions stays yours. You grant Hyndsiight LLC the permission needed to host and process your entries so the service can produce your readings, your history and your patterns. We retain ownership of Hyndsiight itself, including its software, documentation and branding, and you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within the plan you've chosen.

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and to the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hyndsiight LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any decision you make or decline to make while using the service. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced through the service or the contact channel on your account before they take effect.

Hyndsiight LLC is a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute we cannot settle between us will be heard by the state or federal courts sitting in Massachusetts. Nothing here removes a consumer protection right you hold where you live. Payment, billing and refund disputes are handled by our reseller Paddle under its Buyer Terms.
