Payments and Cancellations

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

That means Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, applies any tax, and is the party that processes any refund. Hyndsiight never sees or stores your card details.

For anything to do with a charge, an invoice, a renewal or a payment method, go to paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or write to us at support@hyndsiight.com and we will point you to the right place.

If you have been charged twice, or charged after cancelling, tell us and we will take it up with the payment provider on your behalf.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings and keep access through the end of the term you have already paid for. Nothing further is charged after that. Decision Pack credits are a one-time purchase and are not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

We do not operate a money-back guarantee or a returns window of our own. Any refund is decided and processed by our payment provider as the Merchant of Record, under its payments and cancellations and the consumer law that applies where you live. Contact us if something has gone wrong with a charge and we will raise it with them for you.
